Recovery crews had already prepared helicopters and off-road vehicles to detect the signal coming from the lunar spacecraft and search for it in the dark. China's state-run China Global Television Network said in a tweet: "The Chiang E5 capsule has been identified and ground crews are arriving to retrieve the capsule, which weighs about 300 kilograms. ۔ ''
In another tweet, the channel said that the ground crew would first thoroughly inspect the capsule, then carefully inspect it and eventually move it to a safer location. He added, "Before the ground crew joins, other staff are trying to secure the location of the returning vehicle."

According to China's leading newspaper Global Times, President Xi Jinping has congratulated the nation on the success of Mission Chiang E5. "These specimens will be one of the most valuable treasures in the world," Brad Jeff, director of the McDonnell Center for Space Science in Washington, told the Associated Press.
